"The Field" by Lynne McTaggart - A Book for Energy Field Skeptics

I remember the exact moment when Krzysiek - my osteopath - told me: "Marta, you have to read 'The Field' by McTaggart. It will change your perspective on everything we talk about during our sessions."

I was skeptical. Another book about energy? How much can you read about vibrations and connections?

I waited a bit for delivery because there was a reprint happening. I sat on the couch thinking: "OK, I'll give it a chance." After the first pages, I understood why Krzysiek was so enthusiastic. This wasn't another spiritual book. This is scientific confirmation of the energy field we live in and that we are.

McTaggart takes you on a journey where you meet scientists who for decades researched things that mainstream science preferred to keep quiet about. You read about experiments that contradict everything they teach in school about how the world works.

The Zero Point Field

Imagine that the entire universe is a gigantic energy network. The zero point field is a space full of microscopic vibrations and particles that connect absolutely everything.

Sounds abstract? McTaggart shows that this has concrete consequences:

  • You are a living energy reactor - Your body literally processes and emits energies

  • The world is created under the influence of observation - quantum physics confirms this

  • Your thoughts have a real impact on shaping reality - and this isn't magical thinking, it's research and science

Why didn't energy research enter mainstream science?

One of the things that surprised me most in the book was the description of how many world-class scientists conducted this research for decades - and their discoveries were swept under the rug.

McTaggart describes in detail how academic politics works, who finances research, and why certain truths are inconvenient for the establishment. This was a lesson for me about how heavily filtered the knowledge that reaches us really is.

Who is this quantum physics book for?

I especially recommend "The Field" if you:

  • Analyze everything and need scientific foundations before believing in something "spiritual"

  • Are interested in quantum physics but afraid it will be too technical

  • Are looking for a bridge between science and spirituality that won't make you feel foolish

  • Want to understand HOW things work that previously seemed magical to you

How "The Field" by McTaggart changed my perspective on Human Design and spirituality

After reading "The Field," other concepts - like Human Design, manifestation, or what Krzysiek talks about during sessions - suddenly started making sense. Not because I believed in magic, but because I understood the science behind it. It's not a matter of faith, but knowledge.

McTaggart writes as if she's talking to an intelligent friend - without jargon, but with respect for your intelligence. This is exactly what we need - spirituality based on facts, not blind faith.

There was a recent reprint of "The Field," so it's worth grabbing a copy while it's still available. All my recommended books, including "The Field" by Lynne McTaggart, can be found at Ambelucja bookstore - a great bookstore with a wide selection of personal development and spirituality titles.

If you want to truly know yourself - without filters, order your personal Human Design report. I'll prepare it for you to be your personal user manual and life support.

Remember that your intuition and what your body feels is most important. Observe facts. Question imposed limitations. Your body doesn't lie, and intuition perceives truth that experts sometimes don't see.
